If for some reason the delegate is unable to attend the event, the Company has the right to replace the delegate and to notify the Organizer in written form about the changes at least 24 hours before the event. In case of the cancellation the Company should notify the Organizer in written form not less than 45 days prior to the event in order to cancel its participation. The cancellation fee amounts to 225 GBP, additional costs on the international bank transfer might apply (30 GBP). If cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to the event – but at least 120 hours before the event – the Organizer keeps 50% of the payment as a deposit for future events participation, remaining 50% are not refunded. If for some reason the Company is unable to attend the event and the notification is received less than 120 hours before the event the payment is not refunded. The Company should notify the Organizer in written form and have the confirmation that the notification was received. The cancellation policy does not apply to sponsors of the events. There is no refund of the sponsorship participation.
