The plant will be launched in stages until 2035. According to the founder of Qazaq Kalium, Nurlan Artykbayev, after the opening of the plant, Kazakhstan will enter the top 5 global manufacturers of potash fertilisers with a coverage of 14% of the production share in the global market.
Construction of the mining and metallurgical plant for the development of gold deposits

The construction of the mining and metallurgical plant will be developed in three stages with a design capacity of up to 10 tonnes of gold in the Dore alloy per year. The plant will be built on a land plot of 300.5 hectares, allocated with the support of the head of Zhambyl region. The raw material base of the plant is Karatas-Maybulakskaya square. The period of the reserves supply of the mining and metallurgical plant is more than 25 years.
Construction of the concentrating complex and development of the Aidarly copper deposit

Mining will be carried out in an open-pit manner within one quarry (depth – up to 755–775 m). Aidarly ores are classified as easily beneficiated. The finished products will be copper (copper content 15.15%, extraction 87%), molybdenum (molybdenum content 22.82%, extraction 63.8%) and pyrite concentrates (content 42%, extraction 48.7%). The company will present the project of the new concentrating plant separately.
In 2026–2028, mining and capital activities will be carried out on the site. The deposit development plan has been calculated until 2048. In a few years, production will reach a design capacity of 72 thousand tonnes of copper-molybdenum ores per year.
